O-Care Spa Water Care
With the new O-Care website we wanted to make the step from a customer just looking for O-Care information to actually trying, finding, buying and experiencing the product easier.
Apart from that we wanted to provide more product information and help educate users to help them get the best water experience possible in the different countries that O-Care is available.
By providing free information in their own language we boost confidence, which can help to convince a user to try our product, we're making sure to give first.
We have equipped the website with practical and easy to absorb information about water maintenance in general. Apart from the obvious FAQs, we have made a total of ten different animations, which cover common water issues.
We have also built a water maintenance online chat box that will help single out and fix the exact water issue that a customer can run into.
